“This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used and the most unhelpful customer service.”

I have nothing but frustration and disgust with this app. It has mistakenly used the wrong phone and email. I had a nice person on the other end of the wrong number and he and I solved our problem. Customer service is unreachable. I have made several email and app conversations with very little resolved. I totally find this whole app useless and as soon as my trips are over, I can't wait to delete it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to received any customer service...
