So I ordered 3 hats and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to them for the exchange no biggie. That was like 2.5 weeks ago. I've called twice and both times they have told me that they only have one employee doing returns this time of year… and she'll get to it when she gets to it… but your stuff from anywhere else bc anywhere else give free return shipping and much faster turnaround. And more than one employee doing returns during the holidays.

Ryan who was the supervisor I spoke to yelled at me and threatened to hang up on me. He was rude and makes me never want to buy converse again. I wish this company cared about its customers.

Tip for consumers:
Rude customer service based out of Canada and would not connect me to someone in the usa
