So I ordered 3 hats and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to them for the exchange no biggie. That was like 2.5 weeks ago. I've called twice and both times they have told me that they only have one employee doing returns this time of year… and she'll get to it when she gets to it… but your stuff from anywhere else bc anywhere else give free return shipping and much faster turnaround. And more than one employee doing returns during the holidays.
