I ordered Blue Sunglasses that I did not like after I tried them on, too bright! So, for the first time since being your customer, I took advantage of your one-time 'return policy for exchange' if I didn't like the glasses for any reason. I returned the blue glasses and reordered Gray Lenses. However, you sent me blue glasses again, not the gray that shows on my order.

I had the great misfortune to have encountered Allen Y. When I called to correct the error. I sent Allen a picture of the blue sunglasses Zenni sent me, as requested. I even placed an old pair of my Drugstore bought gray sunglasses in the photo for color comparison. Allen chose to respond out of total ignorance, and create confusion, and insanity instead. He claimed that my old drugstore sunglasses were the correct tint Zenni sent me, and the blue ones were the old glasses (?) – even though, the blue glasses were returned to Zenni the day before – See USPs Tracking 9402 0111 0904 5827 6158 18. He chose to ignore whatever I had to say, and he just made up $#*! to win the argument. He saw me as the enemy. He invented his own illogical and irrational assessment of the problem. And no matter how clearly I have pointed out the error in his thinking, he is stubbornly determined to ignore anything rational that I say. It seems that by treating me so harshly, he wants me NEVER to buy from Zenni again. I have been a regular customer for years with over eight purchases with no problem. He succeeded; I will never buy from Zenni again!

When you put your dumbest employees in charge of attacking customers to create a web of chaos, no one will be able to untangle their mess. They are that bad. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to explain the error to another female CSR. She was as irrational as Allen, and like a scatterbrain, she repeatedly refused to answer my questions. It appears it is Zenni's strategy to piss off long-term customers and lose them forever. It seemed that I was dealing with mentally ill people incapable of listening, much less being rational! In my profession, I have worked with the mentally ill, and this is how they behave.

Previously, I left great praises on the internet for Zenni. I even told friends about you. I thought you were the greatest, but now, thanks to Allen and your highly offensive business practices, I now know I was wrong. I will remove those good reviews from the net and replace them with multiple copies describing the nightmare experience I had with Zenni. I will send a copy of each one I write as I post them.

Is it a pointless expectation to have you correct the problem by sending me the correct glasses?

Zenni aspires to be the leader in the doom and gloom of insanity we see surfacing in the world today. I am fortunate to have come out of it with my sanity, somewhat, intact. Best Advised: Do Not Go Down the Zenni Rabbit Hole. You will never be the same. You've Been Warned!

Sorry to say, as soon as I liked someone, they replied wanting to chat. This happened 5 to 8 times. How can everyone be free through the afternoon to reply to a 'like' within seconds? Never saw that on other sites. Before the page loaded, 5 people robots - (people in Taiwan, India, etc) were asking to chat at a cost. I had 3 or 4 chats going on at the same time. They used awkward phrasing at times, the way foreigners do when trying to communicate in English.

Never ever pay MJ in advance. The overwhelming echoes and endless static prevent you from hearing a thing or thinking clearly when trying to talk to someone on the phone. MagicJack said they are keeping my money and that I am screwed, Ha Ha!. They said I can cancel after a year, even though I can make no phone calls. And defiant, they won't even talk to me about the problem unless I jump thru several hoops and provide a blood and DNA sample to prove I am a customer, despite providing my account number. Once MJ has your money, MJ couldn't care less that you have an unusable service. Treating customers fair is inconceivable to MJ. All that matters is their Gestapo Law in Section 30, item ************** of their penal code they'll quote to you that says MJ has the right to screw over any and all customers any time they wish. It is of no concern to MJ that customers can not make a phone call. Don't even start phone service with them

Bikes Online did not deliver my Polygon bike with Deore Components I paid for. Bikes Online switched the advertised components on their bikes and expect you to be as dumb as dirt. They expect you to accept the bike without noticing their downgraded, inferior driveline and brakes. No apologies were made by Bikes Online, no admission of wrong-doing, no customer concern, and no resolution, because once they have your money, they stop replying to your emails (6 and counting). If you don't like your bike, they advertise Free Returns, but you have to pay $250+ for the shipping. FREE? They neglected to send me a return label, leaving me to pay for the return. Now I am out $1300 for a $1000 bike that is worth $650 ( but not the frustration). They'll refund you less than you paid if you don't return the bike unridden and perfectly repackaged. Bikesonline.com is unfocused, unethical, dishonest, a rip-off, and frustratingly a waste of time and money trying to communicate with an incompetent bike seller. Stay Away! No matter how you interact with Bikes Online, YOU'll LOSE!

PS You'll pay a bike shop an additional $60 to $100 for both derailleurs adjustments and truing wheels. They were out of adjustment right out of the box. Tweaking adjusters knobs did not solve the problems. I spent hours learning how to correct their neglect. You'll get also get downgraded tires, on which I got a flat tire on the very first day I rode (not the advertised Entity Spyderbait SA-290) Unable to break the tire from the rim, I had to research how to do it.

Do Not Ever Donate Any Money to PBS You Will Not be able to Cancel Your Donation Payment.

I tried to find a way to cancel my recurring passport donation to PBS. After two fruitless hours on the PBS website, and not finding a way to cancel my account, hidden in an obscure page buried in their website, I found a statement on PBS saying I CANNOT cancel my donation! It said ONLY my local PBS station can cancel it. Frustrated, I wrote an email to the person in charge of donations and cancelations asking to cancel my donation. But I got no reply. After a few days, I wrote a second email. Again I got no reply. It has been two weeks since I wrote these emails, and I have still not received any response, much less a cancelation. PBS has the MOST unethical, inconsiderate, greedy and scamming method on the internet for stealing peoples money and preventing customers from canceling their donation. My bank says I will have to cancel my credit card in order to prevent PBS from further embezzlement of my money. Id have to order another card - delete that card from all my other (ethical) accounts and resubmit my new credit account number to them. PBS/KARMA in Colorado and the US Is BAD KARMA!
