TRYING TO GET UPDATE ON VEHICLE. SPOKE TO VANESSA AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE *******500 LINE AND SHE ANSWERED. SHE WILL NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS, HAS A CHIP ON HER SHOULDER LIKE SHE IS VERY INSECURE. I SENSED THE FIRST TIME SHE PICKED UP SOMETHING WAS UP AND SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT PROFESSION AS SHE SEEMS TO HAVE A BAD COMMUNICATION DISORDER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL BE FILING COMPAINT. WHAT A JOKE SHE IS AND A JOKE THAT THIS COMPANY WOULD HIRE HER.
