Sent OVER 20 Email requests to their support regarding my Starbucks 500-point link-reward that I never received & still no response? 0-stars / 5 is more like it for this company!

Their Q & A section states that these gift cards are sent immediately, but it has been OVER 4-weeks?

I have seen this company advertising fake jobs on actual jobs sites, which I have flagged, as you only get paid in points to be re-deemed later for gift cards that you never receive. It takes an average of a month to get enough points for a $5.00 CDN gift card, therefore total waste of time.

If you still see this review, it means I still haven't received my gift card!

THEREFORE, WORST SURVEY COMPANY WORLD-WIDE, HOPE COVID TAKES CARE OF THEM, FORCING THEM INTO BANKRUPTCY!

Just a quick as you can earn a few cents for completing a survey, they can take these monies back for whatever reason, they owe me a total $4.87 CDN for 4-completed surveys, I feel ripped-off, maybe they think that I wouldn't notice?

This means that we noticed inconsistencies within your given answers, which lowered the quality of the survey data.

The most common are:

Survey Speeding
Every survey executed has an estimated time to complete. If you complete a survey in a time frame that does not fall within the range that is acceptable you will not qualify for the survey.

Inconsistent or Inaccurate Answers
If you provide answers that are not accurate and or inconsistent in any manner whatsoever you will not qualify for the survey.

Red Herring questions
Clients, at times, will put questions in the survey multiple times or demand that you choose a specific answer to ensure you are being truthful and/or reading the entire survey question. If our client find that your responses are unacceptable as per the red herring directive you will not qualify for the survey.

Open End Questions
At times clients will have a section within a survey that requests respondents to fill in their answers by writing them in rather than selecting an answer from a set of pre-identified responses. If a response in a Open Ended question is considered to contain language that is inappropriate, non-sensible or not fitting for the question you will not qualify for the survey.

Therefore you were not rewarded for that survey or the reward for the survey has been taken back from your account.

*Garbage response from MOBROG, they stole these monies from my account, petty theft for one person, but they probably do this to thousands of survey goers, which is called grand larceny, *1-star all-the-way for this survey company!

I finally reached the minimum 1000 pts to receive $10.00 US payout (it took me a month), there is a 4-step process to cash-out, but there is a glitch in their system, it doesn't recognize my mobile # as a wireless, but as a landline, so I email numerous CSR's to correct the problem, I have to answer numerous security questions & send a screen shot of my wireless bill... Finally receive confirmation that I will be paid, but I'm still waiting? This is the Email I received...
