I placed an order for some seed starting medium on February 15th, I was not told otherwise so I assume it was in stock. It is now March 2nd and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.
I called customer service and I was told that they were backed up on shipping orders and I get that I guess but this is absolutely ridiculous.
Also I assume that when you only work 5.5 hours a day that it is hard to fulfill your customers orders.
