Your customer service thru Avangate is a scam! Why sould a respected company with a respected product such as Iobit subject their customers to such malicious and dishonest people? IObit, are you listening and reading these reviews?

I contacted them because I was unable to activate IObit Malware Fighter 4 PRO.
I eventually got it activated but had to endure a never ending sales scam saying my computer was running slow because of virus or a third party. I told them my computer was running very well till I contacted them! They tried to tell me that csrss. Exe (in Task Manager) was a trojan and should not be there! Thankfully I told them I wanted to end the session without doing anything but activating the IObit software I had purchased. I have since found that csrss. Exe is an essential part of win32. They are evidently Cust Serv for various companies because I had to tell them what companys software I was trying to activate. I have no problem with IObit (so far) but Avangate customer service is a scam and should be avoided!
