Upsie is one of those infamous and notorious company who has excellent and strong branding marketing and sales arm but horrible post sales services. Upsie's internal Operations department is a joke, there are no single unified messages to customer as if everyone make up their own rules and each time you call, you get different and inconsistent answers and processes.
Many of its employees are nice and ambitious young people who truly wants to help but the problem lies in their management structure, total lack of structure, lack of proper training and lack of process for payout.
Upsie based on my own personal experience, uses heavy stalling and delaying practices, to confirm addresses, to confirm this and to confirm that; 3+ days to a week would go by, unable to get any response and when they do, they will ask for another confirmation before payout. How ridiculous or stupid you think we Consumers are? I hope this piece of $#*! snake insurance company go bankrupt and dies a horrible death.
I am taking my future business elsewhere and will be a lifetime enemy of Upsie and will spend continuous effort to speak badly about them until they are 6 feet under.
