Our company purchase some shelves, it was delivery and it had concealed damage.
The company will not refund or send a replacement for the shelves. You have to advise them within 5 days
Of the damage or they do nothing. I submitted my claim and it took them 3 weeks to tell me there is nothing they can do, that I would have to reorder a new fixture. How does that solve anything. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Don't buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away and your taking a risk.
