I ordered a juice case for my iPhone, what I received was a Maximus case that is half the price of what I paid according to their website. I tried to call, sent emails, what finally got a response was the bbb. I still have no resolve as the company wanted me to pay for shipping the wrong item back - I told them if they sent me the correct item then I would return the item they had sent to me - as a customer I should not have to pay for their mistakes. Punkcase would not make it right and I payed 2x as much for a product I did not want or need - I have a life proof case that stands behind their customers and has a 0 question warranty
