I ordered a bracelet for my mom for her birthday and it was the Ivy Paperclip Gold Vermeil Bracelet. My dad had bought her the silver one with our names and diamonds on it and she loved it so much she wanted another one in gold. The gold one was made way smaller than the silver one and smaller than what was described on their website so I contacted them and they were great in the beginning. They had me ship it back to them for free and said they would fix it and send it back. It took 3 months and when we finally got it back it was the exact bracelet I had mailed to them. Still way to small and not what was described for length on their website. I had even sent pictures of her silver one with the gold one to show how it was shorter and told them it should have 11 paperclips not 9! Yet they shipped it wrong again. I asked them for my money back. I am shipping it back today. That is ridiculous that they couldn't make it right and that they made me wait so long for nothing to change. So disappointed in them. I won't be ordering from them ever again. I will update on if I truly get my money back.
