After several weeks of not receiving my order I emailed the company. They told me how to track the order. Part of the order said shipped, the other said processing. When I finally found a number for the company, the so called customer service guy wanted me to give him computer information to download a form. When I said " Wait you have my credit card info, you can just refund the money", he shocked me and said " Shut up! If you want the refund, you have to download the form "! I hung up. SCAM!
