I would give PWE a 0 rating except that the website PWE designed is good and the functionality seems
To work as intended. But the process and the people are the worst with whom I have ever dealt.
The website was not finished until 2 weeks after the initial promised date which made me miss
Having a website at an important showing of my works.
The process and communication required to accomplish the development were horrific. If you use
PWE be certain to get every activity, cost, schedule, and deliverable in writing up front. Make sure
You ask specifically about any additional activities, deliverable and costs that might be required up
Front or you may be surprised later when they say the activities and deliverables you want are extra.
Ask to review the dashboard before the website is finished, because they will not provide it until after
Website Go Live. You also will not have administrator access to the dashboard as it is hosted on a
Shared server. PWE promised me administration access and cPanel, for which they charged me an
Additional $559. But they only delivered the FTP and not the actual cPanel GUI.
Be sure to ask about migrating your dashboard to another server, it is $500 they do not tell you about,
Up front when you sign up for their hosting.
They say they are customer oriented, and maybe my experience was an outlier, but my experience
Was one of dealing with the worst organization I have every encountered. In my opinion, PWE is not
The kind of organization I could ever endorse or recommend.
When they do not deliver, they stall and rebut and accuse the customer of being difficult and not
Understanding the process or deliverables.
Make certain you know Word Press up front or you will be lost. PWE provided a non-narrated 44 minute
Disjointed training video. I hired a Word Press expert who explained in 2 minutes what PWE could
Not in the 44-minute video.
