“Amazing product and service”

I ordered a travel set, tea and a Lion mug for Christmas gifts in mid November and received the items within 10 business days (China to Canada). The quality was outstanding and I collect fine Chinese porcelain. After my daughter opened her gift, two of the three cups were broken. A week ago, I notified Umi and sent pics. Today the new cups came. Fast, polite service. I can't wait to buy from them again

Wonderful experience, even with the hiccup.
