Be careful people
If u but floor and decor floor they tell u they uses install made easy
I beleive the website says they are partners
BUT when something goes wrong they both laugh it iff and point fingers at each other
AND...install made easy subed the job out to a sub contractor that they backround checked and approved BUT this sub NO longer works for the company anymore
2 customers i know of both had train wrecks of installs and product falling apart but NO ONE wants to fix anything and all just pointing fingers at each other
Dont be fooled by the warranty nonsense cause a warranty is only as good as the company backing the warranty and floor and decor blames install made easy and
Install made easy blames the installer which NO longer works for them and nobody does a thing
Buy someplace where the company backs the warranty

They cut my limit due to my skin tone and said due to delinquency but when i asked to see the delinquencies they said all 3 cards paid in full and up to date and NEVER late and preceeded to sling the $#*! how american express is a great company that doesnt discriminate bit switched agents 3 times before brushing me off to a phone person 2 days from now cause cant back anything they say
