Each time, we always ordered +$150 worth of bulk English Breakfast tea and were about to do it again. Then, just for the heck of it, I checked Amazon. There it was nearly "5 Times Cheaper" for stated organic. (Tealyra wont say theirs is organic anymore.)
We should have known better 7 years ago, when they sent us a special thank you, "Free Gift" for being such loyal customers. No lie, it was "A Single Sample Tea Bag", for the wife and I to share. Better late than never; feeling stupid but finally DONE With Them!

If you have a problem with your package, in my case its the packaging that this company uses...
That it is impossible to check and control what they put in the packages - it's just a business...
