I placed an order on April 28th and received an email confirmation. A few days later I went to check the status and it said "customer canceled", which surprised me because I had not cancelled it and was expecting it to be shipped as a Mother's Day gift. I sent an inquiry on May 2nd. I did not get a reply until May 10th and it had no useful information, other than the order had been cancelled. I never received any notification that there was any problem with the order prior to the cancellation. I was not charged, but the amount was pending in my back account for about a week.
