I have been trying for 4 months to get a return label emailed so I can send the apple in to see if they fix it, or send replacement value! Four months! Phone calls with rude unprofessional people. Waiting on hold for 10 minutes! It is beyond frustrating the phone calls and attempts to simply honor the warranty I paid for! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
