Took almost an hour for the van to come pick us up from the airport. Finally got to the different destination, and we had to wait for over an hour to actually receive the car. The process was terrible. Employees were rude and unhelpful. The absolute worst car rental company you can possibly book. DO NOT BOOK unless you want to clear your schedule for the whole day.

Do not give this company business. Rude staff and terrible service
