I ordered a pair of Jordan sneakers and it arrived on 11/21/23 only to open up the damaged shoe box to find that one of the shoe was a size 10 and the other shoe was a size 10.5 nike is going down hill I'm not sure what's going on with them but just last month I ordered the nike dunk low retro and the stitching was sown so defective from the inside of one of the shoe that it hurted my son's feet just to walk in them, so now I gotta travel back out of town again for the second time less then two months just to return another pair of shoes to the nearest nike store which was their mistake anyways from not checking the shoes before they shipped them out.

Tip for consumers:
You just never know what your getting from this site....it's best just to walk in a store and buy your shoes

I ordered such small and simple things as vitamins online from target.com, which could have easily been shipped by USPS but instead that place shipped my package through pitney bowes, now fearing the worst with several bad experiences with that company where it took five months to receive my package and months of other delayed packages where I lost hope of ever receiving, now that I know that target.com uses pitney bowes as one of there shipping partner, I will never be placing a order online from target again.

As much as I loved shopping@ dicks sporting goods online, it's time for me to say farewell due to the fact that dicks sporting goods uses fedex smart post as their shipping carrier and fedex smart post continues to delay my packages sent through fedex smart post hub in ellenwood ga. I've ordered from dicks sporting goods twice recently and my first order I recieved my package shipped separately in four packages a month later with two items I'm still waiting to receive, the second order it's been two weeks now and I haven't received it yet either. Fedex smart post is a lower grade cheap alternative of shipping and they continue to steal and delay customer's packages for weeks and months and continue to put packages on the wrong delivery trucks and misplacing packages it's a mess, so I have chosen to cut tides from ordering from any website that uses fedex smart post.

Tip for consumers:
Great quality products but have chosen the worst shipping partner fedex smart post to rely on delivering customers packages, that's unsatisfactory and a low grade quality shipping carrier and I refuse to wait a whole month and longer before receiving something that I paid for being delivered through fed ex smart post and the worst part of it all is that most of your packages you will never recieve them anyways .

I read review ratings where most people say that they didn't have a deposit fee. I was offered a debit credit card from capital one mail that I received recently for a total low as $200 and they still won't me to pay a $99 deposit fee before I can receive the card, so basically their actually only offering me $101 once I pay $99 out of my own pocket, unbelievably ridiculous insane. I already have the Walmart credit card from them and the interest rate is extremely high once I make my payment each month for $30 they take it all except from $8 or $10 every month on a $800 credit limit and I've only received one credit limit increase since I had the card and that was about two years ago but I had the card about four years now...

I don't believe in spending my hard earned money on products that's totally the opposite color of what I ordered and paid for, this company have a bad habit/ reputation of shipping the customer's hair color wigs etc. products of not the choice color that the customer paid for on their website, but in stead they'll send you a color of hair/wig of their choice and thats not right to receive anything else besides what your own money paid for. I don't like the way that this business is ran, so for those reasons I personally choose to steer clear of this website & not to ever order from this particular company again. It's not about you get what you get" it's about getting" exactly what you paid for and thats something that this company has got to understand, and unfortunately this company is deceptive and misleading the consumers.

Tip for consumers:
If this company doesn't have the color of wigs that the customer ordered off of their website and paid for, then they should remove the false advertising display online stating that the products are available , because by no means it all do they have a right to send a customer whatever they choose to after collection the customer's funds from they're debit card/ credit card or whatever form a payment that it maybe.

I ordered my son some nike clothing for school, and I didn't see anything on the website before placing my order with my debit card stating that the items would be shipped separately in multiple packages on different dates/ day's until after I received the confirmation email status, stating that it was being shipped in multiple packages, it's been over a week now and I'm still waiting on FedEx to deliver the rest of my packages, FedEx has sent multiple emails saying that the packages is expected to be delivered and then they push the delivery day to another day, and also I see on FedEx shipping status website stating that the packages is in Florida which is where I'm from and live then I see where the packages has completely left out of Florida and now saying that it's in Georgia which makes no since to me because I'm here in Florida so why did my package leave out of Florida and is currently in Georgia. I probably want be ordering anything else from this website...this is to chaotic for my liking...

Tip for consumers:
I should have been informed before placing my order that my order would be split up and that my package would be shipping separately in multiple packages on different delivery days

I entered this store on 6/30/2023 to the customer's service department and I literally stood up in line for 19 minutes while the cashier messed up on the customer's lottery tickets and she had the service counter held up while going through all of the customer's lottery tickets, so I then approached the customer service manager when he was walking right by the customer's service counter name tommy he was very much aware as to what was going on but he didn't seem to care or address the situation,
I asked him would he get one more customer's service employee to check me out and he rudely and boldly and arrogantly said no that there's only one customer's service employee to run the service department and she's standing right there and that's the way it has always been in this store his exact words then he walked off, the manager tommy is extremly nasty, rude, arrogant, and he's very unprofessional and he didn't address the issue. So I walked out of the store and left, but I will say this, it should always be more then one customer service employee working to assist customers in a timely manner and professional manner.

Tip for consumers:
This particular winn dixie has always been ran in a extremely unprofessional way the managers there doesnt seem to care about the store or gaining customers by displaying professionalism

Amazon has completely blocked me out for know apparent reason from writing reviews on products that I purchase from their website, I haven't broken any rules concerning the reviews etc. it's all about the money and amazons third party sellers, Amazon is making sure that negative reviews doesn't affect their partnership with their third party seller partnership to reinsure that the third party sellers continue to sell defective useless cheap products from other countries to the USA customers without negative reviews to interfere with the third party partnership sellers,and their ability to sell products on Amazon, and to reinsure that it doesn't affect amazon profits percentage from their third party partner vendors selling on Amazon website.

Recently my otc healthcare insurance plan provider merged/partner with cvs to rely on and deliver otc healthcare products. I placed my monthly benefit amount order *******@cvs otc and once the package arrived in a thin plastic bag and I opened it up and all three products that I had ordered was severely damaged, I couldn't believe what I was seeing because the toothpaste was completely out of its original box and the original toothpaste box was completely split in half and the children cough and cold syrup original box was damaged as well as the theraflu orginal box it was severely damaged.I'm having a hard time understanding why would any cvs employees deliberately and intentionally mailed a customer inhumane unsanitary defective products, so what does that say about a well relied on and trusted pharmacy like cvs. I'll say that it's pathetic and reckless and doesn't care about the customer's safety to even ship products like that out to any customer's. Cvs shouldn't be allowed to partner or participate in any otc healthcare plan provider company, because their not reliable or professional and doesn't practice health safety steps when shipping customers health care products.

Cato fashion has really fallen off of the deep end, the store clothing is very limited a small collection and very old fashioned clothing that look like something you'd find at a good will hammy down store, but back in the 1990's and early 2000's Cato was really booming with all of the latest fashion and very unique clothes it use to be one of the best & popular women clothing store to shop at for all of the latest stylish fashion, but now the stores has ran there course and should just go ahead and shut down permanently...
