Apparently, they have forgotten about my order. First time I order from Sailrite. I place my order May 8th by 6:00pm, which placed my order for the next day, May9th, as of today May 25 I don't even have a tracking number. Plus they closed from Friday to Monday due to memorial weekend. Keep in mind that they charge me 48.63 for 8 products almost 5 dollars extra per products. I have contracted them twice and the excuse is the Covid-19 situation. This order may take a month to be delivered? I'm very disappointed.

I did just locate your order (not forgotten) and we are likely to your date of orders for shipping tomorrow. The issue is that with the Covid situation is seems everyone is sewing from home. We can only ship so many orders on a daily basis. We have ramped up as much as we can and our employees are working tons of overtime. But for this weekend we decided to let them take the full three days off to keep their sanity. Please let me know right away if you no longer want the order.
