I sent my 3 boys here to buy wedding ring. My daughter recently got engaged and i wanted a necklace and earrings that matched her ring. Even though Shane Co was more expensive I thought they had good service, THOUGHT WRONG! Chatted online with sales person, completed the purchase, paid for it and waited for it to show up. I received a call the next day asking for a email which i provided. Purchase clears my banking so I assume it's on the way. 5 days later I get an email at the email address they claim they can't verify that my order was cancelled. I called the store, didn't even give them a name, acct number nothing but they knew exactly what i was talking about. Yup they canceled my paid order. I'm now stuck wedding day tomorrow and no precious gift. I asked why they couldn't simply call and ask i kept hearing was they couldn't verify my email ‍needless to say, never shopping here again
