The chair I ordered was a Herman Miller and was hoping to get my $800 worth. But when I received it two months later, missing the event I needed it for by four weeks, it sat in the box for another two or three months until I had time to unbox it. Unfortunately, when I opened it, it was filthy. Black mold? Soot? No clue for sure but it was extremely discouraging. THEN when I was wiping it down I noticed there was a tear in the seat where the mesh attaches to the edge. It was never assembled it or sat on. Do you think they'll entertain a refund like their website touts? Very frustrating and a complete waste of hard-earned money.
