These guys are not a retailer, but a reseller, and thus they have great prices. Not all of their merch is new, but they make that very clear in their material. And while they move a little slower than a regular retailer, they completed every transaction -- including a full refund for a return. I have nothing to complain about and would use them again.
Originally had good luck with them buying a Herman Miller chair for a home office. The second purchase, the chair arrived defective and impossible to assemble. I contacted them immediately, but got the total run around. They even suggested that I bend a metal piece of the chair myself instead of returning it. When I refused, they ignored multiple emails and calls even though their last email stated that they would send a return shipping label as soon as I forwarded a photo of the chair boxed up in its original box. I did. In fact, I sent them multiple photos at their request. No response. You cannot get worse customer support than this. I literally have a worthless chair sitting in a huge box in my garage. Never again.
There isn't a 0 star, otherwise would give them only that. This company is a total fraud. You will not get your chair at least for a month. When you get it, it will be broken. Talk to them to return it, and they will ask you to send photos as evidence. They take their own time in acknowledging your return merchandise. The issue is they don't seem to issue any refund though they send a PayPal screenshot that they had issued a refund. The catch is one can't dispute this transaction via the credit card company if the transaction is more than 45-60 days old. So you just lost all your money without receiving anything in return or with a product that is useless.
This company should be banned and the ownsers should be put behind bars for their fraudulent practices.

In May 2020 I purchased a Humanscale Freedom Chair, Order #*******. In the last few months the plastic/fake leather on both arms has started cracking. The website claims a 12-year full warranty so I am trying to get replacement arms. I've had no luck getting customer service to respond beyond the auto-response to my emails (As in: "We will get back to you in 24 hours"). I've left voice messages on the poorly-recorded phone answering machine and heard nothing.

Product arrived in a damaged box with the chair leg sticking out. Chair didn't measure the correct size, wrong casters were sent. No directions. Returned it and the replacement was not right either. Evidence of black spray paint on the legs and on the directions. Size still wasn't right. Casters looked used. They promised a full refund. That was 60 days ago. We sent the chair back and are out $1280. Still no refund. BUYER BEWARE~

This 'company' is easily the worst I have ever dealt with. They send a disgusting, broken chair that has pieces falling off of it and fight you every inch of the way when you try to refund it. Then after weeks, refund you with an e-check that bounces and they run. I'm happy they lose money shipping these and complain when the customers inevitably charge back.
I wouldn't touch this place with a 20 foot pole and neither should you. If this review doesn't convince you, read the countless other 1 star reviews. This isn't a real company or a business, they're just scammers.
Just to be brief, i purchased the chair on 11/23/2022, it never shipped out.
I emailed them few times, they kept saying it will be ready in 5-14 days. But almost three months now.
Please do some research online, you will know this company is totally a scam.
Hopefully i can get my refund by disputing my credit card.

I ordered a refurbished Knoll ReGeneration chair from this company. When it arrived one of the arms was broken off the chair. The company agreed to send a replacement arm. It too arrived broken around the screw holes. The company asked for pictures and I obliged. They tried to tell me that the crack at the screw holes is normal, clearly gaslighting. The only good part of this order was that they sent a return label for the chair. After they received the chair they did not complete the refund and I had to enter a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Do not give this company your money

I ordered a office chair and when it wasn't delivered on time as it was a Xmas present, I requested a full refund and after going back and forth with their customer dis-service department.they stated they attempted to refund be via pay pal when I used a Visa card to purchase the chair. After three months still no refund. AVOID these scammers.
This company is a complete scam. They are not licensed dealers for any of the brands they sell. The products come without manufacturers labels, so you can't even turn to the manufacturer or another dealer for assistance when they refuse to replace or repair a warrantied product. I don't even know if the chairs we purchased are authentic Herman Millers or a knockoff, like the replacement part they keep trying to get me to buy off of Amazon! Their customer service is also insanely rude.

So when you have an issue and seek warranty replacement, they refuse claiming it is not covered when it is according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. And there are no manufacturer's stickers on the products certifying that the chair is even authentic, so the manufacturer cannot help you.

I ordered a chair in mid-December 2022 and was notified my order was in process. I contacted customer support in mid-January and was told that it takes 30 days for them to put the chair together and ship it out. They told me that with the holidays, that time was extended. It is now almost February, and my chair is still IN PROCESS. It does NOT take that long to put a stupid chair together. I will never use this site again.

Ordered 2 matching chairs, they arrived and parts were mismatched and the fabric was damaged. Contacted them, they agreed to my return and to refund. Two months of emails with no response and no refund despite my account page stating the refund has been completed. They will find out they picked the wrong customer to screw with, it's just the beginning. Looking forward to the game.

Never received the chair, asked or a reimbursement, it has been over 60 days and still no funds. Filed a claim with Paypal and OCAW initiates the reimbursement so Paypal closes the case but they never complete it. This business is a scam...

I ordered the chair Feb 27th 2023 ( order #*******) and emailed to cancel the order soon after ( 3 days later) but since then after several emails asking about the cancellation and refund status, there is absolutely zero response from what I think appears to be almost non existent company. Took my money but no sight or response of my cancellation refund! They need to be taken to court. I really hope someone reads and works on my cancellation and refund from the so called company.

The chair I ordered was a Herman Miller and was hoping to get my $800 worth. But when I received it two months later, missing the event I needed it for by four weeks, it sat in the box for another two or three months until I had time to unbox it. Unfortunately, when I opened it, it was filthy. Black mold? Soot? No clue for sure but it was extremely discouraging. THEN when I was wiping it down I noticed there was a tear in the seat where the mesh attaches to the edge. It was never assembled it or sat on. Do you think they'll entertain a refund like their website touts? Very frustrating and a complete waste of hard-earned money.

Purchased a "Herman Miller Aeron" chair for $866. The seat ripped. When I replaced it (another $296), I learned that it was refurbished using fake HM parts. Company wouldn't make it right. Dishonest advertising. Would not recommend.
This place is horrible. It is a scam. I have been waiting nearly two months for my order. I have requested a full refund. Let's see how many months it takes.
We ordered 3 Aeron chairs in total.
The first one was good, Aeron size B as ordered. We kept it.
The second one was a size B again... but we had ordered a size C.
So I addressed this to customer service.
Instead of apologizing, their customer service agent was extremely rude and unfriendly. I told them that I would have expected a word of apology... instead, she wrote: "Action speak louder than words. Would like to change the chair or not? Please clarify." I had clarified in my first email already that I wanted to return the chair.
Because in the meantime, we had ordered a third chair, also size C.
Again, they delivered a size B!
I addressed this to their customer service again.
Her is their answer: "You don't want size C either so why complain about which chair we sent?"
I never said that I didn't want a size C either.
This lady was just being rude and extremely unfriendly - and I am still waiting for their return label.
So, I can only say. As long as you order and keep whatever they seem fit to send you, you're fine. If you want the items your ordered and tell them that they sent the same wrong item twice, you're being treated like garbage. It's really not easy to return these chairs. The boxes are enormous and heavy... and still... no apology.

I ordered from Office Chair on 12/13/22. Cancelled on 12/21/22. It is now 1/20/23 and I do not have a refund to my credit card which was charged immediately through PayPal. I have been told a refund was approved on two separate occasions but completing the refund to my card "is incomplete" both times as well. They do not answer their sales line. They do not answer their customer service line. You are told to email them. At first they responded to emails, but now they don't respond. I'm holding with PayPal but will probably go to my credit card for assistance. Avoid them at all costs!

I purchase a 899.00 chair and the seat was too small and the edges hard. I ordered another chair only to find the seat was reupolstered in black. The chair is grey.
The ad I say implied they were Herman Miller. They are not.
The first chair was returned via FedEx, and no credit was issued. I emailed them (they never pick up the phone) and was told a credit was issued to my Paypal account. On inspection the credit was issued and not to pay until July 3, and that was June 26,2023. Then I get an email from Paypal saying the credit was canceled!
I have started a complaint through Paypal. Bottom line take you business elsewhere.
