I went off my tracked flights and saw a price for my trip that I wanted to lock in. I did so and confirmed the dates were correct. I didn't however notice the destination was wrong. The weird thing was it wasn't a destination I would have watched at all. When I realized my mistake immediately I tried to contact them. The answer I got was too bad as the price freeze is non refundable. I mentioned it wasn't a flight I was tracking and I went off my tracked flights when searching for prices, but that didn't matter. So, I decided to investigate more. Every flight you look up, even incorrect ones, get tracked. So, when looking at saved searches it may not be the one you want. I am hoping my bank can help me tomorrow since support refused. Lesson learned. Always go directly through the airline. I have nothing but bad luck with online travel agencies like this. Side note: if you can't find a support number immediately for a company, run away. They don't want you to contact them for a reason.
