WARNING!. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Damaged wig and terrible customer service
Ignore positive reviews posted before November 2022. They were, in most part, generated by the business.
Do not buy a wig from this business. They are running a scam.
I ordered a wig — £166 — and it wasn't delivered until I sent three emails over the course of 28 days.
When the wig arrived it was damaged, unwearable, and it came in a broken and recycled box which belonged to a different company, and it came without a receipt.
When I asked to return the wig in exchange for a refund, I was told to take the wig to a hairdresser for repairs. When I refused, I was told to 'try it a different way'.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS.

I investigated the reasons why a business that is so grossly misleading and deceptive has, in the past received positive reviews.
It seems the business has changed hands, is no longer run, owned or operated in the U.K. and all recent positive reviews are self-generated.
