dog.com has lots of cool items but their customer service is a little lacking. After purchasing a dog harness that turned out to be defective, they took way too long to respond to my emails. Finally, I was able to return the product after submitting pictures to prove my point. After all was said and done, they partially refunded me. I had to call back and ask for my full refund. It was definitely a hassle and will shop in a store next time.
