If it wasn't for the 10% final value fee's I would give it 5 stars and don't forget the 2.5% paypal fees. But thats only if your a seller, as a buyer I feel well protected as they have always supported me during any problems so I've never lost money.

I only used this site as they were the first to have parts in stock for some of the new phones.
2 digitizers were faulty with non sensing patches and an LCD display worked ok, but you could see the 2 lines of double tape used to hold it in its frame. I should return them all really but the postage cost is putting me off..

They make it look like you are buying from a UK company by misleading photos of English people and a UK phone number. I bought an panasonic HD camera from them and when I tried to claim under warranty it was refused because the camera came from Dubai. They wanted me to send it back to an address that was setup for postal fowarding. Before christmas I ordered a Nexus 4 and it said delivery would be a few weeks. I was shocked when I got home the next day to find I had missed a delivery which turned out to be the Nexus. Since then I have ordered another Nexus 4 and 7 which both arrived the next day. If only all sellers where this good..

I have been using etradesuppy for a few months and cannot fault the customer service or the quality of the parts. If you watch their videos on youtube you'll see how much time and effort goes into the service they give. The website is very quick and clean looking and you won't have any problems finding the right parts. I have tried other online suppliers and nothing comes close to the service etrade give you. Its a shame that most angry customers post reviews and the 1000's of happy customers don't have time. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed
