I always order my scrubs from figs and never had any problem with the shipment in the past but since they switched to this Pitney Bowes, my package has just been bouncing back and forth from US to Canada every day. You call their customer service, they don't even know what's going on. I ended up cancelling all my items because I can no longer stand the frustration and stress I was getting. So, yeah we're not purchasing anything from FIGS anymore until they change the carrier which is Pitney Bowes!
Tip for consumers:
Won’t be dealing with FIGS anymore unless they change their carrier or unless Pitney Bowes will impossible their service whichever comes first.
