They have a customer service, but since they decide to cater to western countries as well, would be nice to have 24h support rather then waiting for middle of the night to get some answer for your problems.

That is what really screwed me over in honeycolor, I paid extra to have DHL delivered to my country, since I live in Brazil and the postal services are a little sketchy I opt for a courier, something so delicate as lenses should be treated with care.
After sending honeycolor via email my tax number, which is law and requirement by customs to process any package coming from abroad, they failed to inform that on the customs forms, making my package not being able to enter the country and being automatically sent back to its origin.
I have asked for DHL help, but they already told me in this cases it's pretty hard to get your package back. (Although they are trying)
So I lost a LOT OF MONEY TO HONEYCOLOR
To jetset a couple pair of lenses around the world. And never saw any resolution with that. Or my lenses
