Package never arrived, and it still shows that it is sitting at the their warehouse, for the last 2 months. It went from the initial scan of origin to a 2nd location, so they did receive the package & started to move it through their system. Only for it to get lost. The customer service tool directs me to the company that I ordered from, but that doesn't fix the issue that the package is just sitting at their ware house. Luckily the company is sending a replacement, with a different courier but I hope they never use this service again.

Tip for consumers:
The original company I made the purchase from held responsibility for the refund/replacement. Previous shipments from Pitney Bowes though have all been received with at least one damaged item. I have noted this with the 3rd party company as well. This has been happening for a few months now & is new with the switch in courier. I get that this is strange 3rd party situation but the subscription company hasn't changed their process, only the company they use for shipments (Pitney Bowes).
