This service is not as described and hopefully what I have now put into motion will stop Fast Hosts from taking advantage of other people. Fast Hosts packages have caused "a failure to deliver fair outcomes for consumers." This includes providing customers with misleading information or recommending that they purchase unsuitable products which are not as described and mis-sold. Please, may I suggest you read the emails instead of asking me to explain once again all over again!
Have not been allowed to cancel these misrepresented sales hence cancelled all transactions and HSBC now have the beginnings of the whole case file as of today.
The Fast Hosts promises within their charter they do not keep.

The services never brought any customers, and we never had a shop created and neither did we have an interactive site whereby feedback can be left within a sign in membership portal for online groups and students and gallery for their work. These mis-sold packages cost money and as the Fast Hosts after continuously asking them to cancel ignored and went ahead after doing so within time limits to use my debit card.
We wished to have a WordPress site not the salesperson's mis sold products. Not as described either as evidence proves.
Bad experience with lack of customer care & unprofessional which is why we cancelled our hosting accounts with Fast Hosts & IONOS hence avoid at all costs. They are rude & do not provide the services as advertised which we have lengthy evidence to provide within emails. A previous case was upheld with Fast Hosts whereby the end resulted in an award for compensation & Fast Hosts did apologise in writing for rudeness & lack of professionalism & very poor customer care.
Will be also making sure Trading Standards are aware IONOS is unprofessional and caused us losses & stress as well as updating them with Fast Hosts. The reply is inaccurate as the main reason left Fast Hosts is they lost a case against them for mis-sold products by fraud team and then deliberately lost our websites and IONOS played a part as well. I am glad the case has now been uncovered as this shows you coerced them as threatening and abusive as you lost this case which in itself clearly provides the truth as to how dishonest you are!
We advised IONOS to close the account & not as they have declared which is yet another untruth & yet another error upon error with a lack of trained staff to manage the transfer of a group of websites & we have email evidence to uphold these facts which are showing the efforts to all be fruitless.
