This company recently taken over from MuchoTV, now has constant buffering on TV and recordings, plus many other display problems. They say they know about this but do nothing. Get a VPN for all TV.

I did already write but no reply?
I changed my password for the 3 email accounts
After not able to login all day yesterday for one.
Then today for other 2.
Something in your software is not functioning? SEE ATTACHED, the 2nd 1 is yesterday.
I had to wait 24 hrs to get back my email from.com
This is no joke for me.

After 30 emails to call center somewhere? Also chat line, I have no response after 3 months. There is a Facebook a/c = cancelled but another just for problems! The watch is lost or stolen, I have filed a police report now.
Sent parcel to USA. Paid them 15/1/23.
Paid customs duty in Germany. 19/01/23
After that parcel stolen or lost.
Umpteen CHATS, emails to them. Just get delaying tactics.
The right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing.
Scammers at large?
Just take time out to look at my file.
The other month I sent the claim to you and UPS.
The customs duty was paid to German customs 19/01/23, then the watch disappered.
You take money from all angles then go to sleep.
YOU SAID waiting for UPS, a lie I sent them detailed report weeks before.
I want to know what is hapening NOW? 01/05/23.
5 months later?
It's now JUne, they emailed to say there was a message waiting in my chat, a lie, the last message was 3 months ago, THE NEWER 2 ARE ASKING FOR A REVIEW!. They have never given me an answer except AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, now 6 months of SOON AS POSSIBLES, the company is run by monkeys and employs monkeys. R.I.P.

UPDATE down to 2 stars!
Donc, 2ème facture pour 4G, ils ont ajouté des frais de 10 € pour virement bancaire manqué. Ma banque a dit que Bouyguestelecom.fr l'avait annulé, Bouygues a dit que ma banque l'avait annulé?
Également sur ma carte téléphonique, ils ont ajouté 7 €, encore un problème avec mon virement bancaire.
DONC ATTENTION, LISEZ TRÈS ATTENTIVEMENT LES PETITS CARACTÉRISTIQUES.
4G, le meilleur du reste! Jusqu'ici tout va bien, j'ai essayé Orange et SFR 4G. À la fois un désastre et une perte de temps et d'argent.

Apart from above also gives a message that my limit has been exceeded and when I phone them to ask why they say it's not exceeded however over and over I get blocked when urgent calls to my Doctor or hospital.
The SFR system does not function.

I have had terrible problems with La Poste recently, they lost a €1000 watch for 3 months saying they had delivered it. I phoned 3631 twice, both times message was they had problems, call back later, = nothing I visited the Poste office twice, the 2nd time they phoned 3631 on my behalf then told me I would receive reclamation form directly = nothing arrived. I emailed my Post office 5 times for a relamation form, 5 times I received a copied reply, please send proof of posting, photo copy of original invoice/value, etc. = nothing. In the end I had to write to the Mediator, who were also La Poste, 'c'est la vie'! However, 2 days later they delivered the package, no reply though! I stopped using them for packages now. I had the same in the past once they insisted I had signed for a delivered package, they/I did not. I didn't know about the Mediator at that time so lost the watch. They should stick to Stamps.

After buying a 658 R expresso, it mal-functioned from day 1. The coffee holder sticks in machine, only the handle ejects. Consequently your hands are covered in used coffee getting it out. Also the cream is negligible on coffee. Be aware the water holder is also small and it wont hold a large cup. I contacted Delonghi who took 4 days to reply then after a further 4 days asked for more information. The service is terrible, I asked for a full refund including postage?
