Between sept 5 to sept 29,2023 made trips to Rome, and berlin via Istanbul, and all 8 flights were delayed by over an hour. Had 2 missed connections, and they lost my luggage. Incurred extra expenses for having to staying 2 more day to Oct 1, because of their total incompetence at every level. They can not operate a flight on time, and their staff at gates, or counters, all lie and try to make you stay in Istanbul. The airline does not compensate for inconvenience, and flight delayed over 3.5 hours. They even refuse to credit miles earned, and do not respond t0o claims/ or their stupid so called feedbacks. BEWARE AND DO NOT FLY TURKISH AIR OR YOU REGRET IT LATER.
Hi Morrie- In response to your review I would like to address the issue of the part. We only sell NEW products from top brands in the pool industry. I am not sure why a Leslies installer would be installing a part that we sold you. This is a suspicious set of circumstances but I am sure the Leslies installer had you purchase a Leslies part after he broke our part is that correct? We appreciate your feedback and review but our parts are built by top name brands in the pool industry and are only sold NEW.
