I placed an order online. Received an expected delivery date that this Company were unable to make. Called for status and was told that it was still in the warehouse. The lady on the phone told me I was wrong that I could not have an email stating the delivery date because what was entered in their system was accurate and had not change. I decided to cancel the order due to her disbelief. She did not even try to saved it. Oh well, their loss $3,600
