After I did some modifications to my resume, Zety informed that it is not for free if I want to save the work done, so I agreed to pay something like 3 CAD for this work. No subscriptions to pay for nothing was done on my side. Nevertheless the platform charged me 35 CAD without any forthcoming messages. I consider it a fraudy actions and require to pay back the money taken from the card.
UPD: After I unsubscribed (which was not easy, since Zety is not accessible in Ukraine and I had to wait for the chance to do it from abroad), Zety has refunded half of the monthly fee, which is 17,48 CAD, which I, of course appreciate very much.
However, for me this was very unpleasant experience, since the information about automatic charging was not clear during the registration process, but hidden somewhere in the registration letter. This is a (costly) lesson for me (and hopefully free lesson to other) that it is important to read the conditions more careful.
