Their refund policy is an absolute joke. I accidentally booked my stay through this website, cancelled immediately, and was still forced to pay a full nights stay ($202.56). Now, had i cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, I would understand this. However, I canceled THREE days before my check in date. Even after talking to customer service, they will not give me a full refund. It's now been 7 days since I canceled and I still haven't received my refund. I would NEVER book through this website; unless you want to get completely screwed over.
