“Never sent product”

Ordered a vaporizer on November 28th. Got an email on December 2nd saying it shipped. I've still not received it. The tracking number never shows anything being sent. Left numerous messages with no response ever. Finally got one person on the phone and they did say someone just replied to my email. It's been two days and there is still no email. Really wish someone would contact me seeing how this was supposed to be a christmas gift. Hoping the owner will see this review and get in contact with me.
