Love my new Mighty Vaporizer! Thanks to Dan and his great staff for providing me with wonderful service and vaporizer... SO EXCITIED AND VERY GREATFUL! My vaporizer arrived fully charged and ready to use! Makes my herb taste better and have never had a smoother draw(it has a cooling chamber)! I'm amazed at the huge clouds of vapor it produces... Ordered a vaporizer on November 28th. Got an email on December 2nd saying it shipped. I've still not received it. The tracking number never shows anything being sent. Left numerous messages with no response ever. Finally got one person on the phone and they did say someone just replied to my email. It's been two days and there is still no email. Really wish someone would contact me seeing how this was supposed to be a christmas gift. Hoping the owner will see this review and get in contact with me.

After filing a dispute with PayPal Credit, I was finally sent a block of wood instead of the Vaporizer I ordered, and PayPal considered that I had therefore received my order and closed my case without any reimbursement.
I have cancelled my PayPal account and sent them emails and called them to explain why I was closing my account.
It looks like we cannot trust PayPal either. I will never use them again to buy something online.
Don't pay extra for faster shipment... It will not get there any sooner... They say the have a day turn around to time for an in stock order item... That is false...
Waited three days with express shipment and they could not seem to get the order out the door...
Customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of... Frustrating... Very
The We were delayed on the shipment cause of the volume of orders coming through. If you read our shipping policy it clearly states you might experience a 2-4 day processing time that happens on occasion. I offered you a refund quickly since you weren't happy at all. We were going to next day your shipment today which you ordered on monday, was only a 2 day wait and you would of got it tomorrow.
Yourvaporizers.com never delivered my vaporizer ordered on August 23rd 2015. I contacted them... or I should say attempted to contact them several times. One time they promised me a free vaporizer on top of the one I ordered. I wound up reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of West Virginia. I suggest you do the same thing if you haven't received your order. Maybe with enough people, there will be an investigation. Also, google their address. When you look at it from google earth, you'll see a little house off a windy road in the sticks.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE LOST MONEY DUE TO BROKEN PROMISES, NON-DELIVERY AND OUTRIGHT LIES.
Well hello there! My name is Dan and I an the new owner here at yourvaporizers. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the old owner. I know how you feel. I was left with a huge mess to clean up that he left. I don't think you have contacted me since I bought the company. Also have you requested your money back from paypal? I can assure you this site isn't a scam. It was just run by someone that wasn't very good at what they did. I can assure you the site is being run much differently now. I really wish you would have contacted me before calling the site a scam and posting negative coments and reporting me to the bbb. I am updating my previous review since I have received my Haze Vaporizer one month after order. It works well with oil, liquids and herbs. So after initial troubles and delays caused apparently by the company's old owner, I have finally received flawless vaporizer after the new owner Dan got engaged. If you are having trouble with receiving your order I suggest you write negative reviews, contact Paypal and require money back, as well as contact Dan directly in order to send you your product. Be persistent as I was and you will succeed. After that you can remove your negative review. I am giving 4 stars not 5 due to initial trouble caused and time spent on one single order.
I would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience you have experienced. I just took over the company a few days ago. I understand your frustration. John (the old owner) is supposed to take care of all past customers and I continue to forward emails and chat transcripts for him to finish processing and shipping. I have no info on his past orders.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I don't know how the previous owner handled his business but I can assure you that there are thousands of happy customers and the thought that the business was a scam is kinda hard to believe. PayPal would have shut him down instantly. I am sorry you had a bad experience and the old owners may have let a few things fall through the cracks but calling them frauds is a bit harsh. I am running the company much differently. Again I am sorry about how you were treated but I am pretty sure his intentions were not to "scam" you. It is not in the best interest of a business owner to do such a thing.
