Hello All, What would recommend anyone to do is to file a paypal dispute. If you have not received shipping info or your product. As the new owner I have no access to the old owners merchant account. I mearly purchased the website not the business. I know this is a pain but I'm afraid it is the fastest way solve your issue. I apologize for any trouble this has caused. Dan

I have opened a claim with paypal as recommended by dan, the new owner. dan, can you please help expedite the resolution for reimbursement? thank you... paypal only gives 14 days from the time of purchase to resolve any issues and today is the 12 day! very upset and disappointed to say the least...

Answer:

Neida I spoke with Paypal in Austria and they gave me 180 days time for reclamation. They give 10 days time to seller after filling a dispute to ship the goods or return money. After that money goes back automatically.
