I am updating my previous review since I have received my Haze Vaporizer one month after order. It works well with oil, liquids and herbs. So after initial troubles and delays caused apparently by the company's old owner, I have finally received flawless vaporizer after the new owner Dan got engaged. If you are having trouble with receiving your order I suggest you write negative reviews, contact Paypal and require money back, as well as contact Dan directly in order to send you your product. Be persistent as I was and you will succeed. After that you can remove your negative review. I am giving 4 stars not 5 due to initial trouble caused and time spent on one single order.
I would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience you have experienced. I just took over the company a few days ago. I understand your frustration. John (the old owner) is supposed to take care of all past customers and I continue to forward emails and chat transcripts for him to finish processing and shipping. I have no info on his past orders.
