I purchased a Vape Pen on December 4 and it still hasn't come in. What happened? Will it come in or should I request my money back?

Oops! I meant, paypal gives you 14 days from time of purchase to file a claim. Previously I said that we had 14 days to resolve any dispute but that was incorrect! Thank you Zeljko again for your interest and comments regarding my statements... and for correcting me! Much appreciated, Nelda
I have opened a claim with paypal as recommended by Dan, the new owner. Dan, can you please help expedite the resolution for reimbursement? Thank you... Paypal only gives 14 days from the time of purchase to resolve any issues and today is the 12 day! Very upset and disappointed to say the least...
