My order was made on 9/18/15, paid in full 9/21/15 and no tracking# sent. Have NOT received my order as of 9/30/15

Please let me know what is going on!

Hello All,

What would recommend anyone to do is to file a paypal dispute. If you have not received shipping info or your product. As the new owner I have no access to the old owners merchant account. I mearly purchased the website not the business. I know this is a pain but I'm afraid it is the fastest way solve your issue. I apologize for any trouble this has caused.

Welcome to the jungle :). What I have learned so far there is new owner Dan who claims he will settle our problems much better than old owner John did - apparently he ripped us off. So Dan should come back to you I believe. Please check also their Facebook profile, there are other similar cases listed. The things started moving only after each of us - cheated customers wrote a negative review. I hope this will bring an end soon. Good luck and stick with us!
