Do not purchase custom jewelry from Oak & Luna. I paid for urgent shipping as the custom necklace I purchased was time sensitive. The original received date was 9/1, then it was 9/5 only to check the tracking and the true delivery date was 9/6. I had to change the address given the delivery date was based on travel dates (which is why I paid the extra fee for urgent shipping), now customer service is telling me they have to ship the package back to Israel to turn around and ship it to the updated address in the US. This means I am looking at a 2-3 week delay from the original delivery date of 9/1. All they offered was a 10% discount. If you don't mind getting your jewelry a month later, and it isn't a purchase for a time sensitive gift then Oak and Luna may be for you. At a $500 price point for the necklace I purchased I would expect much more.
