Item ordered for Mother's Day... paid for express shipping to have it arrive in time. Was "guaranteed" by May 8. Website states that they updated their delivery estimates to account for COVID related delays.
Didn't arrive in time for Mother's Day, I emailed and a generic computer generated email eventually was sent back to me asking me to confirm my address. Upon doing that, their only suggestion was to continue to wait for the item.
I contacted American Express and disputed the charges and at their advice will refused acceptance of the jewelry should it ever arrive.
