I was charged for a part which was not available. After several phone and email attempts to contact "Bike Bandit," still no reply, only a recording.
Our credit card company has submitted a request for reimbursement from "Bike Bandit," still no response, no part, and no refund. We're simply out the money. Will be submitting our experience on every review site we can find including BBB.

While we do sell some nearly-new items, this is a small portion of the products we have available, and these are all clearly listed as such on our website. Any nearly-new items that we do sell are in good working condition and are available at a discounted rate.
