The site claims 1-2 days for processing and 3-4 for expedited shipping but they stuck my order in processing for over a week! My order arrived late so I wasn't able to wear them, even though I paid for the expedited shipping, and I didn't even receive everything I ordered! Two of the lenses I wanted didn't come, they just threw substandard temps of a totally different brand and color in instead and when I contacted their customer support about it all they had to say was it out of stock when the order shipped... No wonder when they sat on it for over a week after I paid them! When I tried contacting them to ask where my order was and why it was delayed they never responded either, until they actually shipped it and then all they emailed was that it was on the way. I was looking forward to buying more contacts from this company (I bought EIGHT sets of lenses, you'd think they would bother to try and keep me as a customer), and instead I am just regretting the purchase because of the terrible service!

Only order from here if you don't care when they arrive or if you actually receive what you paid for.
