The service in Dior USA is one of the worst in the world Most of the stores are changing sales persons due to bad salaries Whenever you stick to a new salesperson
It will be gone in only a few weeks They failed to ship a shirt ordered in the Soho store and they failed to refund me I was able to receive my refund using a dispute They failed to ship me a new order placed online I learned about this after sending an email They said that my size was not available after confirming my order They placed a second order with another size and I wonder if this new order will be shipped

I purchased two pairs of sneakers I was surprised when noticed that DH Gate released my funds when the items were never confirmed as received I tried to submit a dispute and it was not going through I made contact with customer service and I was informed that they noticed that item was not delivered but the merchant did not have enough funds to refund me My right to confirm receipt was ignored and my right to dispute was denied and my money was never refunded I open a dispute with my CC and currently fighting this dishonest site for my money

Chase Bank has the most incompetent staff for disputes I was talking first with one employee and then with his supervisor The conversation ended up as settled I can't be charged for an item that was not shipped I got emails today requesting to call them back since they need more information (?) They also sent me a form via their site requesting to confirm if willing to continue with the dispute and requesting more information Chase should request to the merchant proof of shipping tracking number and confirmation of delivery Honestly I do think about closing my personal, and business accounts and all the credit cards with Chase

I'm an old reviewer at Trustpilot They recently removed one of my bad reviews against Mr. Porter for no reason Order number was provided and even one of the emails about my incident with this merchant was sent I think that they now get $$$ from the merchant to remove bad reviews
I open a case weeks ago since Mr. Porter sent me an empty box and refused to refund me for items never received BBB requested pictures, proof, and plenty of emails They close the case with no action against the merchant They validate dishonest merchants!
Ordered from Boston Market estimated delivery time of 9:07 pm received an updated that my order was delayed and the ETA was extended in additional 30/45 minutes Made contact with customer service and refuse to cancel and refund This place should not exist
I placed an order for two Lanvin rings I received the box that was too light via UPS I was shocked when I found out that the box had the returning label and black tissue but none of the rings inside They refused to refund me
FedEx continues to go down in the hill Zero management zero customer service zero in services The new trend is to deliver your package at a FedEx location as Walgreens instead of dropping the package at your address This happened three times in one week when I have never made such request and a signature was not needed Drivers do not have not have any supervision Filing a complaint is impossible since they do not have a form for complaints online (only one for claims if the package is lost) Calling customer service is a waste of time They do not understand basic English and they keep going around rather than providing a solution to their own incompetence
I dealt with intoxicated drivers, drivers that were canceling or driving away, driving in an unsafe mode, as Lyft was always looking to the side I got my account suspended today and when inquiring they were unable to provide with a reason or evidence Lyft runs out of cars and the ones in use are old dirty with upset drivers Will ner use this company again

Placed an order online for pick up at the Soho Store I decided to send them a message since the order was not shipping and I was about to travel No response Sent a new email to them with no response as well I got an email today saying that my order arrived at the store Canceling will take the time to ship back from their own store to the warehouse and once there ten business days to refund me I never had the item in my hands and in fact, Bottega Veneta has the item How dare this company does not refund me right away for an item that was never received and in my possession

I got around 12 five-star reviews from my patients and only two bad and fake reviews of profiles created to post that review Yelp deleted *did not recommend and hide) over ten good reviews and left only one good and two bad They started to harass me with phone calls and emails offering to improve my image for $$$$
