I made thé unfortunate mistake of buying 4 European train tickets from Trainline because their site cropped up first.
I had to cancel, no refund although I can cancelled 1 hour later.
Trainline tix Montreux to Gstaad were $58 each, Swiss national train 28 Swiss or about $30.
Go to the national train websites- DB, SSB SNCF. Trainline is a bunch of Indians ripping you off.

Buying ACT theater tickets in San Francisco, this is the site that popped up first on a web search. They would have charged $240 a ticket instead of the theater which charged $144.
Please stay away from these fraudsters.
Unfortunately there's no way to bring down their search rank.

They must be kidding. The default box at the end of the purchase form includes a tip. Really when was the last time you tipped a computer for selling you something. Yet Hopper gets away with it because they raised $600 million from Capital One.

Tip for consumers:
It was only after contacting the ceo that I got my money back after a year of haggling.

Ok. The start-up was founded by two Russians and is headquartered in Limassol Cyprus.
Could that be so the long arm of the law can't reach them?
That's it.
You can complain forever but you can't reach them and you can't sue either.
