I have paid more than my total payment early or on time every month for years with Mr Cooper only to find my credit has been ruined because my note went up a few dollars per month over 9 months ago and I was never notified nor even once until I saw a drop of over 120 points in my credit score. They were sending mail to an unused email account and never even considered sending a physical letter or calling me by phone. NEVER LET THESE IDIOTS HANDLE YOUR HOME MORTGAGE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
